GA CONNECT Registration Verification

This feature is only available with the following products:

GA Connect Golf ID Registration is available for customers using GA CONNECT Integration. When enabled and using guest or non-member registration, golfers are required to provide a Golf ID Number and Last Name to register (as shown below).

While this option is enabled, the following custom fields will be automatically added to the registration form and populated from GA CONNECT:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Golf ID Number

  • Handicap Index

  • Gender

  • WHS Club Name (Home Club)

Eligibility Criteria can also be enabled to allow eligibility rules for all players registering to a specific event/league.

Setup Registration Verification

To use this feature, follow these directions:

  1. Enable Event/League Registration.

  2. Navigate to Event/League > Registration Center > Registration Setup.

  3. Set up registration.

  4. In the WHS Registration section, check "Allow players to register by Golf ID" (as shown below).

  5. Optionally, select the option "Allow players to manually enter Guest Details" if you don't want to require the use of the GA CONNECT Golf ID to register.

  6. Set Guest/Non-member Eligibility Criteria (as needed). For complete details on eligibility criteria, Click Here.

  7. Click "Save."

  8. Complete additional registration setup steps (as needed).
