This feature is only available with the following products:

Australian customers using GA Connect to manage handicaps can easily post scores entered in Golf Genius back to GA Connect. Batches and their Sub-Batches will be calculated, and will be submitted to GA Connect. To enable this feature, you must first set up the GA Connect integration. Click Here for setup instructions.

Follow these directions:

Looking at all the rounds played that day (throughout all of your leagues and events), Batches will initially be created by:

The Sub-Batches within each Batch will be initially created by:

A separate Sub-Batch will be created for each combination of parameters (as shown below).

Also notice that each Sub-Batch will have its "Status" listed. If it is "OK" then all the players within that Sub-Batch have all the required information to be submitted to GA Connect. However, this may not always be the case.

In the example above, the Blue Tee Sub-Batch has one player with missing information. To find out who the player is, and what information is missing, click on "Edit Players and Scores."

When clicking on "Edit Players and Scores," you can view the individual details of all the players within that batch. Furthermore, you can change the score status information (as shown below).

​Note: Scores can only be posted against a tee that was imported from GA Connect with the required identifying information. If a course's 9-hole tees weren't linked to their corresponding 18-hole tee in GA Connect (due to a naming mismatch), the 9-hole portions of that combined scorecard cannot be used for score posting — golfers must be assigned the separately-imported 9-hole scorecard instead.

There may be cases where you'd like to manually move Sub-Batches to different Batches after they've been initially created. To do this, click "Move to Different Batch" and select the Batch where the Sub-Batch is to be moved.

Sometimes recalculating Batches and their Sub-Batches is necessary. After the initial calculation, Batches and Sub-Batches do not update automatically if you make changes to the rounds (e.g., add players, change tees, change tournament type, etc.). If you've made any of these changes after the initial creation, you can recalculate at either level: click "Recalculate Batches" to recalculate an entire Batch, including all of its Sub-Batches, or click "Recalculate Sub-Batches" to recalculate an individual Sub-Batch on its own. Once recalculated, they will be updated and ready to submit.

When the Batches, Sub-Batches, scores, and other information are all correct and final, you can submit at either level (as shown below): click "Submit Batches" to submit an entire Batch, including all of its Sub-Batches, at once, or click "Submit Sub-Batches" to submit an individual Sub-Batch independently.

After submitting, make sure to check the Status of these submissions.

If they highlight in red, a submission was not made. If you have submitted too early or by mistake, revert the submission by clicking "Unsubmit Batches" or "Unsubmit Sub-Batches," depending on which level you submitted at. Make your changes, then submit again.

The easiest way to find score posting results is to search the golfer in GA Connect and view their handicap/score history to see the submitted data and new GA Handicap.
