Golf Genius Golf Hub
Once your event is set up, you're ready to publish your Golf Hub page, share it with golfers, open registration, and start collecting payments. This article covers all of it, including how to unpublish your page when you're done.
Publishing Your Golf Hub Page
On your Dashboard, locate your event in the My Events table and use the Status toggle to switch between Published and Unpublished (as shown below). Publishing makes your Golf Hub page visible to golfers — it's listed in the Golf Genius Golf Hub Directory, where golfers can discover it by searching for events in their area, in addition to being accessible via its direct link.
Note: You can also publish or unpublish directly from your event's Setup page, once it's been saved for the first time. See the Registration (Status) section of Creating an Event for details.
Enabling Registration
Once registration has been set up, use the Registration toggle in the My Events table to open or close registration (as shown below). Toggling to Open makes registration available to golfers on your Golf Hub page; toggling to Closed stops new registrations.
Note: You can also open or close registration directly from Registration Setup, once it's been saved for the first time. See the Registration (Status) section of Registration Setup for details.
Note: If registration hasn't been set up yet, this column shows a "Set up" link instead. For full details on setting up registration, Click Here.

Collecting Payments
Golf Genius Golf Hub lets you collect entry fees and optional add-on payments directly through registration — either online via Stripe or offline (e.g., cash or check onsite).
Note: Entry fees, add-ons, and your payment method are all configured as part of Registration Setup for your event. Click Here for full details on setting these up.
Online: Registrants pay by credit card through Stripe when they register. Payments are deposited into whichever Stripe account you connect. For full details on creating and connecting a Stripe account, Click Here.
Offline: Registrants are told payment will be handled outside of Golf Hub (e.g., in person). No payment is collected during registration.
When a golfer registers on your Golf Hub page, they select a registration option and any add-ons, then complete the registration form:
If you're collecting payment online, the golfer enters their payment details and clicks "Pay and Register" to complete registration and payment together.
If you're collecting payment offline, the golfer sees your Offline Payment Message and clicks "Register" — no payment is collected at that time.
Unpublishing Your Golf Hub Page
On your Dashboard, locate your event in the My Events table and switch the Status toggle back to Unpublished (as shown below). Your page becomes unavailable to golfers until you republish it.
Note: You can also unpublish directly from your event's Setup page, using the same Registration (Status) toggle described in Creating an Event.
