Q: We are using pending registration. Can I create a pending registration priority order?
A: Yes. By default, Golf Genius orders the pending registration chronologically based on when a player or team registered (Entry #). However, you have full control over the priority order and can adjust the waitlist in the following ways:
Sorting: In the Manage Waitlist page (Golfers > Manage Waitlist > Pending Registration), you can sort the list by any field—such as Entry #, Handicap Index, or Name—to view players in a specific order.
Shuffling: If you want to randomize the priority, you can use the "Shuffle" feature.
Manually Reorder: To change a player's position, simply click on the number in the Priority column and type in the new position number. The list will automatically reorder based on the numbers you enter.
