Q: I am trying to create a scoreboard using your publisher templates and when I try to merge the Excel file with the Publisher file, I get an error saying "table is not in expected format". What am I doing wrong?
A: Some computers will save that Excel file in Protected View, which is the problem. When opening up the Excel File, make sure to enable editing first, save the file, then try merging again. See the sequence below.
