Forgotten Password
If you forgot your password, you will need to create a new one. To reset your password, follow these directions:
Go to golfgenius.com.
Click "sign in" on the top right of the page.
Enter your email address associated with your account.
Click "Reset here".
A pop-up will appear, directing you to your email, where you can reset your password by following the instructions in that email.
Note: If the email you enter is not associated with an account, a message will be displayed (as shown below). If you see that message, please try another email address or contact your Account Administrator for assistance.
Change Password
If you know your password but want to change it, follow these directions:
Sign in to your Golf Genius Account.
Navigate to Customer Center > My Account > Profile.
Enter your new password in "Password".
Re-enter your new password in "Re-enter Password".
Click "Save" to apply the setting change.
