Golf Genius Golf Hub: Creating an Account and Purchasing

In this article, we will discuss creating your Golf Genius Golf Hub account, managing other managers on your account, and upgrading to TM Club or TM Club Premium. After creating your account, check out our Get Started guide (Click Here) to build your first event/league.

Creating Your Golf Genius Golf Hub Account

When your Golf Genius Golf Hub account is set up, you'll receive an invitation email with a "Go to Golf Genius Golf Hub" button. To complete your account setup, follow these directions:

  1. Click "Go to Golf Genius Golf Hub" in your invitation email.
    ​

  2. Enter and re-enter your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include both letters and numbers.

  3. Click "Save Password" to save your password and open your Dashboard.

Note: Clicking "Cancel" instead returns you to the Golf Genius home page without saving.

Managing Other Managers

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to view the Managers list — a table of everyone with access to your Golf Genius Golf Hub account, with columns for Name, Email, Status, and Actions.

Status is either:

  • Pending: The manager has been invited but has not yet completed registration.

  • Registered: The manager has accepted the invitation and set up their account.

Click the ⋮ menu in the Actions column for either option:

  • Reinvite: Resends the invitation email to a manager who has not yet registered.

  • Delete: Removes the manager from the account. Delete is only available to Golf Genius admin users and customer managers marked as admins of the account.

To add a new manager, follow these directions:

  1. Click "Add Manager" in the top-right corner.

  2. Fill out First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

  3. Click "Confirm" to send the invitation. The new manager appears in the list as Pending.

Notes:

  • Confirm stays disabled until the fields are valid.

  • Clicking Cancel or the ✕ closes the pop-up without sending.

Upgrading to TM Club Premium

Golf Genius Golf Hub gives you an easy path to inquire about upgrading to TM Club or TM Club Premium as your event/league needs grow. To submit an upgrade inquiry, follow these directions:

  1. Click "Upgrade" in the sidebar to view an overview of Tournament Management's features.

  2. Click "Connect to Upgrade" to open "Let's Connect You With the Right Member of our Team."

  3. Fill out the form (as shown below):
    ​

  4. Click "Connect" to submit your inquiry.

Notes:

  • For inquiries outside the US and Canada, click the "here" link on the form to reach the appropriate contact form.

  • After submitting, a member of the Golf Genius team will follow up with you to complete the upgrade.
