When a club runs its tee sheet in Lightspeed but builds pairings in Golf Genius, keeping the two in step means entering every change twice. Lightspeed Pairings Push sends pairings from a Golf Genius round to the Lightspeed tee sheet automatically, so players added, removed, or moved in Golf Genius show up in Lightspeed without re-entering them.

Setting Up Lightspeed Pairings Push
Lightspeed Pairings Push requires both the Lightspeed integration and Webhook Integration on the account. To enable them, contact your Golf Genius Account Manager. For more on Webhook Integration, Click Here. For the other Lightspeed integration options, Click Here.
To set up an Event/League to push pairings to Lightspeed, follow these directions:
Navigate to Event > Event Profile > General Settings.
Check Enable Webhook Integration (as shown below).
Click "Save" to apply the settings.
Navigate to Event > Webhook Integration.
In the Pairings row, click "Edit" (as shown below).
The Edit endpoint field is filled in with the Lightspeed server address and cannot be edited.
Check Automatically send Pairings to Endpoint. Pairings are then sent to Lightspeed automatically, so there is nothing to do manually.
Click "Save" to apply the settings. With Automatically send Pairings to Endpoint checked, the Auto Send toggle for Pairings shows YES on the Webhook Integration page (as shown below).
Navigate to Event > Course Details. For each course used in the round, follow these directions:
Open the "Actions" dropdown, select "Edit," then select "Edit this Course."
Choose the matching course from the Lightspeed Course dropdown and click "Save" (as shown below). For more on editing courses, Click Here.
Create the pairings for the round, and assign a tee and a tee time to each group.
Click "Save" on the pairings page. The pairings are pushed to the Lightspeed tee sheet within a few minutes (as shown below).
Note: A group is only pushed once it has a tee and a tee time, and its course is linked to a Lightspeed course.
What Is Pushed to Lightspeed
Each time the pairings are saved in Golf Genius, the following changes are pushed to the Lightspeed tee sheet:
Adding players: Players added to a group are added to that tee time in Lightspeed.
Removing players: Players removed from a group are removed from Lightspeed.
Changing tee times: Players moved to another tee time are moved in Lightspeed.
Changing the number of holes: Switching a group to a 9-hole tee updates the booking in Lightspeed.
Changes Made Through Open Tee Times
When a round uses Open Tee Times, changes made there are also pushed to Lightspeed. Adding a player to a tee time, moving a player to another tee time, or removing a player updates the Lightspeed tee sheet the same way.
