Can I restrict manager access to saved credit cards?

Note: This is a feature-level setting and cannot be changed by customer managers. To request this change, please contact support.

Q: Can I remove the "Authorize manager to use my stored credit cards for future payments" option during registration?

A: Yes. This option can be removed by disabling the Saved Credit Card Permissions feature at the Admin level. When disabled, the following changes take effect:

  • The authorization checkbox is no longer available to golfers at checkout or on the Player Dashboard. Any permissions previously granted by golfers are revoked.

  • Saved credit cards are no longer visible to managers at checkout or in the Master Roster player profile.

Note: Golfers can still save credit cards at checkout for their own use. However, managers will no longer be able to view or charge saved cards on behalf of golfers.

Q: Can I restrict manager access to saved credit cards?

A: Yes. When the Saved Credit Card Permissions feature is disabled, managers will no longer be able to view or charge saved cards on behalf of golfers at checkout or in the Master Roster player profile.
