Amazon Fire TV Sticks are a simple way to streamline the process of displaying your leaderboards onto a TV. The device is compact and also includes a remote that allows you to control the display settings easily.
Sometimes there are issues when trying to display a leaderboard on a Fire TV Stick.
Error Messager After Entering GGID:
When displaying a leaderboard on a Fire TV Stick, we must ensure that you enter a Round GGID or TV Show GGID.
To verify your Round GGID, go to Rounds > Round Profile > General Settings (as shown below).
To verify your TV Show GGID, go to Round > TV Show. Check the GGID for the TV you are displaying to confirm it has been entered correctly (as shown below).
