The Current Event Portal page will direct you to the current event being played in your account. This is a great way to showcase "in progress" events across all of your portals. Once the portal page is selected, the viewer will be directed (on a new browser tab) to the splash page for the current event (as shown below).
Below are the possible scenarios that will determine the "current event" that the viewer will be directed to:
If exactly one event is being played today, that portal is selected.
If there are multiple events today:
If there is exactly one event in progress, that event is selected.
Otherwise the first event in alphabetical order is selected
If there is no event today:
The first upcoming event is selected.
If there is no upcoming event, the latest completed event is selected.
