Q: What is a social round?
A: Generally used for leagues, this is a social event without any golf tournament (Awards dinner, league meeting, etc). You can add the round and invite members to attend. Keep in mind that you can still have a golf round that day as well by adding a round to the calendar.
To create a social round, follow these instructions:
Go to Round > Round Signup Center > General Settings.
Check the Option for "Social Round" (as shown below).
Make other adjustments as necessary.
Click "Save" to apply the settings.
You can then open Round Signups to collect attendees.
