The winning bidders then root for their selected teams, with payouts determined by the final results. Accessing BidPartee from Golf Genius
The BidPartee Calcutta platform can be accessed directly from within your event/league. To access BidPartee, follow these directions:
Navigate to your event or league.
Click the Event/League > Calcutta.
A new tab will open on the BidPartee platform, where you can connect with the BidPartee team to set up and manage your Calcutta auction.
Exporting Player Data for BidPartee
To set up your Calcutta auction in BidPartee, you will need to provide your player data to the BidPartee team. Golf Genius includes a BidPartee report in the Community Reports section to make this easy. To export your player data, follow these directions:
Navigate to Rounds > Report Center.
Search for BidPartee.
You will find the report in the Community Reports section.
Hover your mouse over the report and click "Import."
The report will be added to the "This League" section.
Hover your mouse over the report and click "Download" to generate the report.
Click "Download XLS," and the report will be saved to your computer's default download folder.
Send the downloaded file to the BidPartee team.
Note: The report includes the following player information: first name, last name, email, handicap index, team ID, flight name, and flight number.
