Money List Standings (Setting Up and Management)

This feature is available for the following products:

Note: If you are a TM Club Premium user and would like this feature enabled, please contact support.

The Money List feature allows associations and tours to track and aggregate player earnings across all events throughout a season, including prize money earned in eligible tournaments.

Many professional tours and associations run events that award prize money to golfers, but have no way to aggregate all payouts received across the season in one place. The Money List solves this by providing a central standings view of player earnings, making it easy to see who is leading the earnings race at any point during the season. It also allows managers to export standings, manually award payouts, and upload earnings via spreadsheet.

In this article, we will discuss how to create and edit a Money List, include and exclude tournaments in the Money List, view standings, and manage your Money List settings throughout the season.

Creating Your First Money List

When accessing Money Lists for the first time, you will be directed to a setup form to create your first Money List.

To create a Money List:

  1. From the Customer Center, navigate to Season Management > Money List Standings (as shown below).

  2. Complete the setup form with the following fields:

    1. Name: The name of the Money List (e.g., "2027 Tour Earnings").

    2. Abbreviation: A shortened version of the name, used where the full name is too long to display (e.g., "27TE").

    3. Season: This is a read-only field. It is automatically set to the current season or the most recent season. If the season is incorrect, first change the season, then repeat the steps outlined here. Notes:

      1. The season cannot be changed here. To create a Money List for a new season, use the copy settings to new season option (described below).

      2. If no season has been defined for your account, the Money List Standings link will appear greyed out. You must create a season before Money Lists can be used.

    4. Purse Display: Check this option to round purse amounts to the nearest whole number. This option is unchecked by default.

    5. Fields Displayed in Standings: Select any additional player profile fields you would like displayed on the Standings page.

  3. Click Save. You will be taken to the main Money List Standings page.

The Money List Standings Page

The main Money List Standings page (Season Management > Money List) displays all Money Lists for your account. From this page, you can manage your Money Lists, access standings, and export results. The following options are available on this page:

  • Season dropdown: Use this to filter the page and display only the Money List associated with a specific season.

  • Copy settings to new season: Creates a new Money List for an upcoming season based on the settings of the most recent one (described in detail below).

  • Dropdown menu: Located next to each Money List, this provides the following actions:

    • Standings: View the current Money List standings for that season (as shown below).

    • Export: Export the standings to an Excel spreadsheet. For more details, Click Here.

    • Edit: Modify the Money List name, abbreviation, purse display setting, and fields displayed in standings.

Note: There can only be one Money List per season. Money Lists cannot be deleted or archived. Earnings are configured directly in the tournament setup rather than through a Point Allocation Table.
