Q: How can I display a "play when you can" round in the Club App over several days?
A: This can be done by configuring the Round Scheduling Window, which controls how many days in advance a round appears on the Club App home screen and Club Score Input Terminal. As a best practice, set the round date as the final day the round can be completed when using this setup.
The scheduling window can be configured at the customer level as a default for all events/leagues, or at the individual event/league level to override the default.
To set the scheduling window at the customer level, follow these directions:
Navigate to Customer Settings > Mobile App Settings > App Dashboard.
Locate the Home Settings section.
Enter the number of days you want the round to appear in advance on the Club App home screen and Club Score Input Terminal (as shown below).
Click Save to apply the settings.
To adjust the scheduling window for a specific event/league, follow these directions:
Navigate to Event/League > Event/League Profile > Rounds & Scheduling tab.
Locate the Club App Visibility section.
Enter the number of days you want the round to appear in advance for this specific event/league.
Click Save to apply the settings.
Note:
The default value is 0, which means only rounds scheduled for today will appear. The maximum value is 90 days.
The value set at the customer level applies automatically to any newly created events/leagues. The event/league level setting overrides the customer-level default for that specific event/league.
