Can I create Golf Hub Page for Other Events (e.g., Social, Holiday Party, etc.)?

Q: We require our members to sign up to attend our monthly club meeting. Can I create a Golf Hub Page for something other than an Event, League, or Clinic?​

A: Yes, you can create Golf Hub Pages for other types of events (e.g., Social, Holiday, etc.). You can follow these steps:

  1. Create an "Event" like you usually would.

  2. Add a round for the event date.

  3. Create a Golf Hub Page. When creating the Golf Hub Page take the following additional actions:

    1. Tournament Name: When entering the tournament name, include "Social" or a unique identifier that will help distinguish this event as a social gathering, rather than a golf event.

    2. Add tags: To add a tag:

      1. Click "Add" in the section titled "Tags".

      2. Change the Category to "Event Type".

      3. Select one of the available options (as shown below).

  4. Save and Publish the Golf Hub page.

Note: This "other" type of event will show in the Club Hub and Event Hub.
